Campobello Main House
Roosevelt Summer House In July Karen and I along with our friends Carl and Bird visited Campobello International Park in New Brunswick Canada. This was the summer home of Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s family. It’s a very lovely setting and must have been a peaceful retreat for him growing up and the place where he first experienced polio. This must have been an incredible annual journey before airplanes and automobiles. It took us over eight hours to drive there from Beverly. We enjoyed the day on the island visiting the homes and hiking the trails. The park is operated by the US and Canadian Park Service. The temperature was over 100 degrees today in Boston but it was barely in to 70's here with fog.

Great pictures
Hi Sylvan! Great pictures and I am so glad you are still hitting the road and traveling. The two best pictures in my opinion, were the picture of you and your friends relaxing and the beautiful rose. Thanks for sharing. Jeanne
