Alright?

Thats what they say a lot of here. Instead of saying, hello how are you, are you alright? English people will say "Alright?"

We have been in Cornwall in a town called Newquay. I had a lot of fun there on the beach. There are a lot of surfers. I enjoyed walking on the beach and the river estuary because I collected shells.

We went to a place called Lands End. They called it that because the land ends there, its the most south western part of England. I had a lemon and bubblegum icecream. They are my favourite flavours.

We stayed at a hotel that had a bowling alley. We played three games. It also had a heated indoor pool with a spa and I swam in there with my brother and Dad. There was an outdoor pool but it was too cold to swim in.

Journal Excerpt:
It was the best hotel in the world and I wish you all could see it. It had everything I loved there, the swimming pools, ping pong, a pool table and bowling alley. The best thing was the olden days elevator with the cage and you would never know when you would stop.

See you again next time!
