I had a packed day of interviews on Tuesday. I just got offered the job I wanted! I accepted the position because it seems to offer a balance between a nice addition to my resume and the opportunity to meet and work with British people around my age. I start Monday and I'm very excited!!

Yesterday I went to Bath for an interview with a SPA. It’s just outside Bath with lawn chairs and hammocks by a lake. The outdoor pool looked so inviting as it was scorching hot. Along with the smells of lavender, when I drove up here it reminded me of Pride and Prejudice. I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

During the train ride back, I decided London is where I'd rather live. I can always get away for the weekend if I needed a break from the city. Already getting very tired of daily

signaling problems

and

planned engineering work

. Heard a story about a kid who tied himself to on one of the tube trains last night causing travel delays. Seriously, the days here are never without excitement. However at the moment, I hear HARRODS calling....
