We are FAMILY!We are FAMILY!We are FAMILY!

The highlight of our year - meeting lost relative Dan and clan!
Meandering down the stream, a couple of days here, 2 or 3 weeks there. The weather is a bit like fall at home, cold at night with "Indian Summer' days.

Technically we're waiting for a 'weather window' to skip, hop or jump across the gulf stream. Since we are new at this we are probably looking for a window the size of football stadium. We have been able to gather enough facts, opinions, theories, advice and cruising guides to fill the same stadium.

We have enjoyed stays at Vero Beach, Jensen Beach, Peck Lake, North, South and middle Lake Worth and Riviera Beach. In these places we have been able to cook up some hoppin good social times. We're always glad that we built a 9x12 saloon in the centre of our boat, to accommodate the visiting, pot lucks and music that we thrive on.

Just in time for Valentine's Day we had a phenomenal experience, a long post cousin from Frank's family popped up on the internet and came to visit. 'Blessed' is a very popular term in America and the right one to describe for how we felt by meeting these terrific 'new" relatives. We hope to see a lot more of them, even if we are in the process of leaving the country.

We are still blogging on the Blackberry using an illuminated magnifying glass, so this will be tata for now. It's a calm night on Lake Worth in the twinkley bowl of lights of the Palm Beaches. Good for sleeping.

Funny Weather
we sure have seen some interesting and different weather patterns this year; and you know I like watching the weather. A few weeks ago CNN reported that every state, with the exception of Florida, had snow. That included Hawaii where there was snow in the volcano on the "Big Island". SW Ontario is expecting record-breaking high temperatures over the next few days making life exciting along the rivers. Fiends tell us that the daffodils are about three inches high in Victoria; that is par for the course. Fair Winds to you, M&M

Lake worth and behone
Hey guys, Where are you thinking of hopping to? We enjoyed West End but there is not really an anchorage there, so if weather turns dodgy you will be paying a marina. Still it's a relatively short crossing. Let us know when you get to the islands, love to see your thoughts and impressions about the spots you choose to go to. Fair Winds Ruth and Mark S.V. Witchcraft P.S. heard you had a visit with Bob and Connie a while back.
