for day 5
With my mind on spiders....don't pick up things like scorpions, sometimes found in bananas. They can kill painfully in minutes. The Australian one is the famous 'red back on the toilet seat last night'' Dad had a fall today and I thought we'd use the new call button. So far so good. An hour and a half later an ambulance arrived. They got him off the floor and checked him out. No real damage but he's achey from the lying in one position for so long. Actually they came out from Colchester and in the end I wished I'd phoned Sheila for help. I went to Drama and discovered a few well known songs I didn't know at all so I'll have to practice. I've gone right off chocolate. Going to bed now as my side should be toasty and dad looks done in. He's seeing the doctor tomorrow, can't remember what for. Drunk did you say???
