This morning we were eccstatic to check out of our shit box hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring Sendai. Breakfast was at Starbucks but it turned out to be the worst kind of breakfast ever. Our coffees were about 1/3 empty when we got them and my egg on english muffin turned out to be an egg on english muffin with ketchup. Seriously? Ugh... Nasty. Thankfully Jim didn't mind eating it so we switched sandwiches. Then our seat was taken by another nice couple while we were waiting for our drinks. Epic fail Starbucks but what can you do?

Decided to do a little bit of shopping before hitting up the arcade for one last round of games and purikura. There was no DDR today but guitar hero and a shooting game, as well as some crazy fast taiko evened things out. As we were exploring the rest of the shopping arcade we found another game center with a strange looking game out front. It was just a table. We didn't get it so we decided to play. Basically you slam your hands on the table and then flip the table over and you get points for all the things you destroy. Jim decided to try the salaryman scenario. It was HILARIOUS!

Basically whenever someone asked you to do something or was sleeping on the job you were supposed to slam your hands on the table and then eventually flip your table over. It was explosions everywhere when he finally did. One guy even got blown out of the office building and landed in a passing dump truck full of shit. It was hilarious! He got the high score too! Oh man we were laughing so hard. I tried it next and was a Bridezilla. I tossed my wedding cake 13 meters! I didn't get the highest score but I was number 5 or so so I still got to type my name in.

Unfortunately after all that fun we had to head on over to the train station and take our respective trains home. Sad to leave but all in all we had a pretty fun weekend. I'd definitely visit Sendai again, but maybe stay at a different hotel...
