VENEZIA Day 52

As my back still hurt I decided to spend the first half of the day relaxing in my hostel. I headed out later in the day to check the train times for my train to Pisa the next morning. I decided to take my time on the way back and wander the streets. I watched many gondola rides. At one point I heard someone singing and followed the voice and found a canal with a gondola going down it along with an accordion player and singer belting out Italian songs. I followed them as long as I could, racing down alley ways to try to catch up with them on the next canal.

After a couple hours of random alleys I headed back to the hostel for a good nights rest.

I like Italy.
Italy appears so old and old fashion with the Gondolas and accordian player. So romantic...
