Paralympic Torch Relay

Hi everyone! We have started our next adventure. Arrived in Vancouver late March 2nd after having our flight cancelled and then being rebooked on seperate planes! Stayed in Burnaby for 3 days getting things ready for the relay. Warm sunny weather. Eating on outdoor patios. Fruit trees all in bloom. Went to Deep Cove where we lived when I was born. Still can't understand what would possess you, Dad and Mom, to move from here! We have had some very interesting and tasty food choices. Took the ferry to Victoria on Friday evening. Stayed at the Delta Ocean Point Resort and Spa. Very nice. Next day we headed over to the celebration site on the harbour. Sunny and 15 degrees! Our new team is working very well together. Lot's of laughs! Left Victoria on the 5pm ferry. Spectacular views and breathtaking sunset. Back to Burnaby for the night and then headed up to Squamish the next morning. 6 degrees and rainy. Can't have all the good weather! After Squamish celebration we carried on up to Whistler. We checked into the Westin Resort and Spa. What a tough job we have! Gorgeous suite with full kitchen and fireplace. Also amazing view. We are doing the celebration today in the middle of Whistler Village. +3 and sunny today. Not bad for mountain weather.
