Day 101 celebration in Chilliwack. Very nice crowd. Met a guy from Stratford who used to coach Dan and Mike(Hank's nephews) in hockey. Small world. Day 102 Langley. Crowds are getting bigger and bigger! Day 103 New Westminster. One of our not so good days. Everything that could go wrong that morning, did. It felt like day 14 when we did our first celebration! We could still laugh about it later! We moved into a RV dealership for the rest of the trip. Called it Torch Village. Nice RV's. Lot's of fun here! Day 104 North Vancouver (my birthplace). Day 105 Coquitlam. Had to be up at 4am. Ow! Last celebration for B team. Rained the whole time, but lots of hugs, tears, laughs, dancing and singing! Went to the final celebration in Vancouver that night. Incredible fireworks display. Security to get in was like an airport. Helped team A tear down so we could all get to party at pub for all us RBC' ers. Hank and I had Team B t-shirts made for our team and gave them out. More hugs and tears! Great way to finish. Later that evening, Hank and I were surprised with tickets to the

opening ceremonies. We did not know what to say. We never imagined that we would be there! Day 106! We took the skytrain downtown. Great view of the city from the train. Took quite awhile to get into BC place. Again high security! The ceremony was fantastic! Couldn't believe we were there. The special effects were amazing. Great artists! KD Lang was probably my favorite. What a way to finish the relay. Next day we packed up and started the journey home. Drove to Golden BC that night. Revelstoke and through Rogers Pass was spectacular. Made it to Regina SK the next day. Back into the snow and cold. Yuk! Stayed in Thunder Bay the next night. Tuesday we only drove as far as the Soo. Stopped for dinner and a visit with Adriana, Larry and Erin (Hank's sister and family). The following day we stopped for lunch and a visit in Elliot Lake with Hank's mom and dad. We had just got back on Hwy 17 when our truck broke down. We were towed into Sudbury. Got a room at the Comfort Inn. Still here! Hopefully out of here by noon. Met some really nice people last night in the MIC restaurant. We should be home by tonight! See you all soon love Weedie and Jeepa.
