WELCOME TO OUR TRAVEL BLOG and thank you for thinking we might have interesting enough things to put on here that you might want to read!

Currently feeling rather stressed and un-prepared, house looks like a bomb's hit it, to-do list is as long as your arm etc etc. Oh well, will sleep when we arrive in Bucharest!

Thank you so much to all those who have helped, and who have offered to help (especially the grandparents who have looked after 2 slightly over-excited children lots of days to allow 2 slightly over-stressed adults to get on).

Our itinerary:
12-24 Aug: Romania (Bucharest and Brasov)
24-28 Aug: Turkey (Istanbul)
28 Aug - 4 Sept: Jordan (all over)
5 - 13 Sept: India (Jaipur, Agra and Delhi)
13 - 16 Sept: Singapore
16 Sept - 1 Mar 2010: Australia, driving around
1 Mar - 1 July: New Zealand
1 July - 11 Aug: USA (Hawaii, San Fran, Vegas, New York etc)
11 Aug: Home

Hopefully will get the hang of this blog thing and will be able to post some entries up here over the year. Do please stick some comments up yourselves, so we know you're thinking of us (even if you're not really!)

Especially when you are talking about how sunny it is in Oz and wherever and we are in stuck in rainy England doing the weekly routine - in other words jealous! Wish we could have caught up more the last few months but time has flown for both of us. I am sure everything will come together for your departure, nothing like a deadline.
