Today I was checking our old posts and it made me relive all the cool stuff we did on our travel in SE Asia. I realized we were too busy to finish our posts so I said to myself: there needs to be a closure!!

Cambodia was very quick for us...only 4 days...but very worth it! After a long long long drive from Laos we stopped in the capital Phnom Phen. Although everyone said we should skip it, it was a very good decision not to! It gives you an idea about the rough history in Cambodia and the Khmer regime. Seeing The killing fields and the S21 museum was just overwhelming. For all those interested...watch the movie The Killing fields.
After the capital we finally arived in the city of temples, Siem Reap. We only spent a day there, we think it was just enough to see all the best! It really is a masterpiece!!

So here it is...mostly just pictures because it was too long ago to remember all the details, but still...enjoy!

This used to be a school and the Khmer turned it into an interrogation camp. On this picture is a cell where the prisoner was kept and tortured.
