Plane gorgeous:)
English version below... 8.4. - 15.4.

Spala sva v lustnih bungalovckih blizu reke in slapu, druzbo so nama delali trije mali "faloti", otroci od lastnika in skratka uzivala "the Lao easy life".
Odlicen len zakljucek Laosa!

Hello again...

first to mention...there is a blog update also about Vietnam which was before this one.

hanging with locals

Ok we again took a minivan bus in Vietnam through the Bo Y border to Lao. This border is kind of new and remote so we were the only 'falangs'in miles. But all went without problems and we were again in Lao. We have to say that we liked this part of Lao really much. After the border we stopped in a little town called Attapu, which was really nice with a temple in the center. We again had luck as there was a school festivals with all these performances from school kids...nice!
The next day after arrival we rented a motorbike and went on a day trip...fantastic...since there is not a lot of tourists in this part we saw some villages where people were really surprised when they saw two white faces on a motorbike, hehe 😊. The road took us through a lot of villages, across the river (with no bridge) and to some nice waterfalls.
Since there was nothing else to see we headed on to a town called Tat Lo...and that was a trip to remember. So first we took a locals bus for about 2 hours starting at 6am. Then e switched to a

tuk-tuk where there was of course too much people on it, so I was riding on the roof 😊). Again the lack of english brought us only to an intersection, where we had to hitchhike a transportation to another intersection and from there we rented two guys on motorbikes to Tat Lo. Pretty exciting all together since you don't know all the time where exactly are you :P

Tat Lo is a really small village with couple of guest houses and some restaurants. The main point of the town are the surrounding waterfalls. We wanted to see them on a motorbike so we rented one for two hours. we were asking how the waterfalls are and bargaining with the owner for about 30 min and then finally got the bike. But once we got there...no WATER. A guess the owner didn't seem to mention that before we rented the bike, 😊)
After Tat Lo we said we have enough of bus rides for some time...so we went to the 400 island all the way to the south...we stayed in an island Don Det where we rented a bungalow next to the river with some hammocks in front. So what we did there...layed around, ate, drank fruit shakes and beer, read books,...basically nothing - for almost 4 days 😊) IT FELT GREAT!!!

Now we're in phnom penh (Cambodia), tomorrow we're heading toward Siam riep and then back to south of Thailand for some more white beaches and scuba diving, yeah!!!

So...that's it folks
