hey all well im now in Germany...im getting so confused by all of this country hopping!! we are in germany just for tonight then onto Switzerland tomorrow for 2 nights...including my birthday!!!!!!!!!!!! wooooooooo party time!! haha joking ill be a good girl!! ok so quick update...last night we went to a Mozart and Straus concert, that was really cool!! We had expected it to be in a big theatre type thing but it was only in a small room and there was 5 musicians but it was still a really good night!! That went for about 1 and 1\2 hrs then we walked down the road to a restaurant for dinner. The dinner was HUGE!!! we had Vienna schnitzel, salad, soup and bread and butter pudding with custard!! so today we were up at 630am, had breaky, packed bags and onto the bus once again...we left at 8am and got to Munich at 6pm. After 2 hrs we stopped in Mauthausen(pronounced matt-how-zen) which was a small town that back in Hitlers days was used as a concentration camp...i dont really know how to describe it...it was so sickening to see pictures of what they did and to walk through the old gas chambers and torture rooms...at the same time it was an experience that im glad i got an opportunity to do but it was just so hard to walk through the camp knowing what had happened there. so after that eye opening experience we were back on the road again(oh and while all this was going on there was a bit of a snow storm outside...so cool!!!) we had another stop at along the way and it was absolutely packed!! it was so crammed with cars that the cops were called in to sort it out because people were parking their cars anywhere and going inside, then someone would come out and their car would be trapped...we had a quick feed there and then another 2 and a bit hrs onto Munich which turned into a bit over 3hrs because of traffic. The 3 laned highway was only 1 lane in some parts because of the snow but it was mostly 2 lanes the whole way. We got to our hotel, had 30mins to check in and get changed then it was back on the bus and heading into town for dinner and check out any attractions that were still open(not many). we found a 24hr internet cafe down the road and thats a far as we got. A few of us needed to get our photos put onto cd so we can do that while checking emails. We'll get a quick feed then the bus is picking us up at 930pm to head back out to the hotel. We leave for Switzerland tomorrow at 8am...well thats all for now, i have to go because my time is running out...talk to you all soon Ciao Ciao xoXox
