Hi Everyone
Well we have arrived in Vietnam. We got here about 7 last night and drove into chaos - well chaos to me anyway. Apparently it was quiet here last night but I have never seen so many scooters in all my life. Nothing to see a family of four travelling along on a scooter. We went for a stroll last night after reaching our hotel and after an hour I needed to go back to the hotel for a bex and a lie down - the sights and sounds were a little overwhelming. I can sense we are going to love this place though - the people are amazing - spent some time last night talking to a guy who works in our hotel - he was lovely - I did get a little bit worried when he told us that a very important woman in government stayed here and what a lovely woman she was. I was terrified he was going to say it was Amanda V or something. It turned out to be the mayor of Melbourne. Well I better be off - Paul has just come in to tell me that he has lined up
lunch and tea for us with some people - who knows. I am adding some photos from Hong Kong here as can use my camera in the computer here. One is of Paul on New Years Eve looking very tipsy - he actually fell asleep as soon as he fell on the bed that night. Love to you all. xo

Got your text from roof of Rex hotel, soooo jealous, its great isn't it? Not surprised you needed bex, it is overwhelming which indeed is one of it's beauties. Love the travel blogs, keep em coming x x x
