New Apartment and a Job

It's been another busy week. I moved into a new apartment in Palermo and am right near a park. The apartment has some problems-the apartment above leaked in the bathroom, but it is still nice. I'm getting used to the new area, but found a good takeout place-though not as good as Cuartito. I ordered a pizza that was spicy beef, onions and cut up hard boiled eggs. It's right on a large park which I can see from my balcony.
The other big news is I started working. I'm teaching a class three days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. It's beginners, though the only class I taught so far was on Wednesday-I moved into the new apartment on Tuesday and Thursday was a national holiday. Unfortunately I don't get paid for my teaching though. Instead I get a spanish lesson for every lesson I teach. I had my first one today, which went pretty well. Unfortunately I have to take the subte right at the end of rush hour, so it's still packed. It works out though.
Other than that, not much else is new, but I wanted to get up the pictures of the new place. I did go and see bomba del tiempo, which is a drum show, but also gringo central. I did also attend a house party filled with porteños, which was nice to get to see. It wasn't much different from a club, but now I know. I'll put up a lot of additions to the graffiti page in a little bit, because there are quite a bit more murals around here. I just need to walk around and take pictures.
