getting my face painted
This past week was intersting as well. Tuesday was St. Patrck's day and I took a 1/2 day at work to go to an irish pub. There was a pub that had a big open courtyard fenced in and had live music all day. It was a good time having some beer and hanging out with friends. The next night, wednesday day I took a Bollywood dancing class that lasted an hour. We then began to walk home and found a bar who had Trivia night. I'm really not good at trivia questions but it was especially hard since most of the questions were about Australia!! haha Overall it was very interesting and fun. Thursday night I took a salsa class. That was a lot of fun. The class was $16 (so about 9 or 10 in US) for 2 hours of instruction. We danced with partners in a circle. Both of the classes were so much fun and I plan on returning next week again.

This weekend was my friend Jens's birthday (along with my dad!!) and we went to federation square fr the viva festival, a cultural festival that had food, music, and crafts. We later went to
