Caught a longtail boat over to Railay, and it was just amazing. The boat in was probably the best part. Its like approaching a James Bond Villains lair..... Clear Blue sea, huge cliffs & rocks and amazing beaches..... Stunning!!! It basically split into 2 main tourist parts, West & East Beach. West is where the super rich go, some places were nearly 2 grand a night, and east is where the backpackers go!! So we headed East, only 5 mins walk, and found a nice wooden room high up over looking the coast. It did have the worlds biggest wasp in it tho, so that didn't go down to well!!!!!

East beach is no great shakes, but the West is stunning, and it supposedly one of the best sunsets in Thailand..... So around 6pm, ALL the scruffy backpackers wander over to sit on the posh beach for the sunset, then we all immediately left back to all the bars, suprisngly quite a few... Had a really good night there, it also bizzarely rained for 30 mins, no one saw that coming.

Defo the best island so far, great place, and for all you climbers out there, it has over 700 climbing routes, and if i was a climber would make the effort to go..............

FYI
Railay is NOT an island--it's part of the mainland.
