Well, it suppose it is time to get up with the times. My name is Amber and I am a blogger....
Maybe it won't be so bad, maybe I won't get addicted to blogging and spend all of my time writing about the places that I see instead of experiencing them.
Tomorrow morning I board a plan to Thailand. I stop in Seattle for an hour, just long enough to bid farewell to the rain and nasty winter of the Northwest. Then on to Tokyo for a short stop and finally arriving in Bangkok some 20 hours later. I have little to zero desire to spend any additional time in Bangkok so I will immediately jump on a sleeper train for 8 hours, then catch a 4 hour ferry and POOF, I'll be on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan.
Look for a weekly blog with photos, thoughts, and stories. I'll try to do something exciting so as to have photos of more than just me asleep on the beach, me asleep in a hammock, me asleep in my bed, me sleeping....
If you are subscribed to this blog, it's because I like you and I like the idea of you coming with me in my adventures. Wow, now that I am a 'blogger' I'm never alone.
