finally been snowboarding

Hiya,
well phil has finally had a day off to go snowbaording and guess what? high winds closed the whole of the verbier resort !!!!!! but undettered we set off for a gondala ride across the valley waited for the 1 bus an hour and then took a very old slow chair lift and a drag lift to go ride at Brusson. It took a while but he finally got some snow under his board so he was pleased.
I of course have been when ever i feel like and spent a nice afternoon on the near by baby slope - which for all you visitors is very close and allows sledging and learners - though the sledging is suppost to be for the kids, but it's usually quiet later on in the afternoon.
I went with phil round to Zermatt last week which was a good trip. It's ok but not as nice as Verbier.
I'll post some piccie of the dogs going nuts in the snow - phil took hundreds but i'll only post a few.
ok got to go buy more beer or i'll get chucked out of the internet cafe!! or that's my excuse anyway.
