• The 7 types of beliefs (un survol)
  
• The driving force
  
• The guiding force
  
• The 4 seasons of life
  

Une partie de ce que j'ai retenu:

* I am a Master of meaning
* I have learned that my Blue print has to match my core nature
* I am in all seasons of life at the same time, sowing, growing and reaping in defferent aspect of my life.
* I have learned that a woman is about uncertainty and variety, that if I give Claire the certainty she needs, she will thrive and bloom like a flower.
* I have learned, with absolute certainty, that I AM in control of me destiny
* Life is not about me, it's about WE.
* Problems are gifts that put you on a journey
* The only thing keeping me from getting what I want is the story I am telling myself as to why I can't have it.
* If you can't then you MUST!
* When I am in a state of confusion, I am about to learn something
* When I am in a state of frustration, I am about to get a breakthrough
* Pain is part of life, suffering is a choice
* The formula to happiness is L.C. = B.P. (Life Condition = Bleu Print)
* The ability to be mindful and see something new in every repetition is Mastery
* There are 3 level to mastery :
* Level 1 : Cognitive mastery (intellectual understanding)
* Level 2 : Emotional mastery
* Level 3 : Physical mastery
* Repetition is the mother of skills
* Nothing is worst for the children than the unlived life of a parent
* The quality of your life is in direct proportion to the amount of uncertainty you can comfortably live with.
* Life shows up as a dance between your beliefs and your fears
* All my passion is found in the realm of uncertainty
* If you stop thriving, you grow fat...
