Our hotel
The FlamingoHi all,
Well we leave for San Fran tomorrow for a few days very sad times 😞 Love it here but unfortunaly my bank balance isn't loving it so much so were moving on. Gonna do the weekend in San Fran then head back down to LA for our last few days then 19th we head up to Vancouver for little under 2 weeks which should be awesome. Looking forward to checking it out been told by numerous people to check out an isnald off the side of Vancouver called Victoria then head up to Whistler as well.
Dont know if i mentioned last time we booked an extra few days here (well obviously) Anyway so we moved hotels to the Flamingo which is right on teh Strip and smack bang in the middle so no more cabs for us! The hotel is so awesome alot better than the crud we were in before. We have a huge pool area, with water slides and real FLAMINGO'S!!! I will try attach some photos.
Last few days have been jam packed with site seeing stuff and not so much drinking, went and saw Cirque Du Soleil - Mystere the other night at Treasure
Island Casino was absolutly amazing! None of us have ever been to a CDS before so was a good night. Then the next day we had to be up at 6am to go to the Grand Canyon. Which was a struggle in itself considering we havent been up before 12pm since we have been away? But we made it, extreemly LONG day though 5 hours on a coach slept most of the way, 2-3 hours of site seeing then 5 hours home again! What a trek... i mean it was good to see but if i new it was going to be that long of a drive especially with 2 shit head kids fighting the whole way in front of me i would of sent the girls and just looked at the photos :P JK well a little...
Tonight is our last night so were gonna hit the town hard tonight! Get some time out by the pool this arvo, cocktails, dinner then off to Pure Night Club at Ceasars Palace which is just across the road and is meant to crank...well it looks and sounds like it does from our hotel room which is directly across from it.
