Shanghai, HongKong, and DisneyLand!

Hi guys.
Well, a couple of days ago, I was in Shanghai. The weather was not very nice, so one of our days was a staying indoor day. Which also means a huge homework day. When we finally got out of our accomodation, we had dinner inside a little boat. It was very nice. Then, we went for a nice walk along the river. The view was great, but the amount of rubbish that was floating on top of the water was unnecessary.

The next day, we left Shanghai and took a plane all the way to HongKong. The currency is called HongKong dollars, but one HongKong dollar is only 1/6 of an Australian dollar. We are staying at a hotel called the Royal Plaza Hotel. It is nearly as posh as the last hotel, and that's saying something, because at the last hotel they were filming a movie! Scary! We didn't do much when we arrived in HongKong that day, mainly because even if you're only on a plane for an hour, it takes most of the day out of you.

The next day, something happened that none of us were expecting. Mum and Dad found out that it was Friday, and that if we went to this certain place tommorow, it would be too crowded. We went to DisneyLand! I got my photo with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear and Goofey. I also went on a ride called Space Mountain. You go on a rollercoaster in pitch black, and it feels like you're in space! I went on it once with Mum, and once with Dad. It was freaky! We went on heaps of other rides as well, but none of them topped off Space Mountain. DisneyLand was a wonderful place.
