The Cozy Turtle is getting ready for this year’s travel adventure. We’ve stayed close to home since we returned from Alaska in September. Frank and I have enjoyed our retirement and had time to complete several projects. We did take CT to Louisiana to visit my sister and family in December and to Florida to visit Frank’s sister and family in March.
Our extended trip this year is to California. We’ll take a southerly route cross country this time - -through Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and into California around Death Valley. We plan to travel about 6 weeks and hope to visit Yosemite, Sequoia and King’s Canyon NP’s, go up the coastline, hit San Francisco, into Northern CA, Redwoods NP, then across to Lessen Volcanic NP through the Sierras and into Nevada around Lake Tahoe.
Our departure date is April 26th. Look for travel updates soon after. We anticipate that we’ll have easier access to internet on this journey. We feel like “old hands” at RVing now. I hope I can convince Frank not to take as much stuff this time (of course that will leave more room for rocks)! Please keep us in your prayers for safe travel.

Your trip
I loved reading you last year's trip to Alaska. I will be very interested to read this year's too. I want to visit many of youyou have listed. You might want to think of adding Crater Lake In Oregon if you are going to the Redwood Forest. Just a thought. I have been to Crater Lake it is very nice.
