Got in some great kayaking and trecking on a very small island about an hour from Ko Samui. We kayaked in and around the caves and then hiked to the top. The hike was more like a mountain climb, only an hour long, but challenging, since I was basically crawling on my stomach straight up at some points. But I loved it....the challenge and the view at the top was very much worthwhile. Absolutely beautiful.
And gave me the chance to meet some new friends, an Australian guy who ended up being my kayake partner and a couple from New York. I then joined the NYC couple for dinner in Fisherman's Village on Ko Samui that evening. We sat out on the beach at an awesome restaurant called Starfish and had great Thai cuisine...yummm...it's great to be eating again! oooh...and drinking...I had my first wine in a while (although Thai wine completely sucks!).

Love daughter, Love adventure??!!
Darling; So glad to actually see pictures of you and that you are alive and well. Your poor old mother had to look the word "colonics" up in the dictionary to try to better understand exactly what you are experiencing over there...you pay money for this?? Have decided this spa/resort is not for me. I would enjoy the good looking cowboy with the white limo, however...Keep writing and sending pictures. I need to know you are safe. You live your life as walked as a child (9 months), No crawling, No falling, just running full speed ahead!! Blessings on the ground beneath you. Wherever you walk, I go with you. (The Red Tent) Love, Mom
