My first weekend in Barcelona I went with the Vallcorbas to Parc Guell. After La Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell is the next biggest tourist attraction in Barcelona. It is located up towards the mountains, and from the top you can see the whole city. Most of the people that are their are tourists, but lots of others go there to hike or run because it is very big and there are lots of trails that take you into different parts of the mountain. All of the architecture there is from Gaudi, the most well-known artist of Barcelona. I went to Parc Guell again this past Sunday with my girlfriend because it was a really sunny and beautiful day. We sat at some picnic tables, had lunch, and read our books. It was so warm that we were just in tank tops and pants. Parc Guell is a must-see of Barcelona, especially on a sunny and warm day!
