Arroyo's Travel to Bangkok

Hi Everyone,

I am going to keep this one short. Yesterday was a bit rough. Because Audrey was sick, we just stayed in our hotel room in Chiang Rai until about 1pm when we needed to leave for the airport. We got into Bangkok around 5:15pm and our hotel around 6:30pm. The taxi driver couldn't find our hotel, I sure know how to pick them, this seems to be a costant issue. I pick these out of the way hotels and nobody knows where they are. 😊 The hotel is really nice, older, but the rooms are huge and the views spectacular. We are a bit out of the city, itself so our view is of the city. I had the oppertunity to see the view a lot last night because I was up all night with both girls and myself who were throwing up, constantly. Ugh.

We are supposed to meet our tour guide Tong at 8am and I just emailed her asking if we can push it back until 10am to see how the girls are doing this morning. I need to give the girls a bath too, since we all probably smell like barf. I may just send Eddie out with her, since he is fine. With this illness we have, we feel fine and then just get sick and then feel fine again. We are going to play everything by ear today.

I am moving the girls and I to a 7up/cracker diet for the next day or so to see how we fair. I thought I was being so careful!!

Well I wasn't going to read it all tonight but I couldn't resist. You are so good to write to us all. I am awaiting our trip with much anticipation. Hopefully the children will recover soon. Lisa
