Now, this entry is not for the faint hearted 😊 Don't tell me, I haven't warned you, haha. 4 days Amsterdam with Ed and 2 friends, Martin and Ingo. You would expect there's a lot to tell...read on and be amazed!

Day 1:All was well at this time. We left Frankfurt at around 11 and off we go to Amsterdam. Ed was flying in from London. We arrived around 4 hours later and then we had to search for the hostel, wasn't too bad...we found it pretty quick. The hostel was located beside the Zoo and it was only about 10 minutes walk away from the centre, not bad. You should have seen those stairs, ridiculously steep. Going up those was like climbin a mountain...not kidding. The bathroom was completely flooded after every shower but hey, we were only sleeping there right.
Soo, what do you do when in Amsterdam...check out the Coffee Shops and the Red light district. Very surreal...the 2 of them. In the coffee shops you always felt you're doing something illegal and then you remeber, no...actually, it's perfectly legal, phew. And the red light district with all the womwn presenting themsleves in the windows, weird.
Anyhow, to cut a long boring story short...we didn't stay out long because the boys (I'm not telling names here) we're buggered after "you know what".

Day 2: Looooong day in bed and off to wander around Amsterdam. Checked out when the bike tours are leaving for the next day and then more smokes. One person didn't handle it well (give me a shout and I'll let you know who, haha) and the night ended pretty early again with one soiled taxi and a more soiled Yvonne!!! It wasn't me! We couldn't stop the taxi in time and then it was too late. Your man was fairly pissed off and 100 quid lighter we went back to the hostel.

Day 3: Needless to say, only Ed and I got up in the morning and went into town for the bike tour. It was quite nice but it was more an outside Amsterdam tour than anything else. We cycled along the Amstel and visited a windmill and cheese and clog factory. A beer in an Irish pub afterwards and then we dropped of the bikes. A hell of a lot excercise but not an awful lot of sightseeing 😞
We met the boys afterwards and went to Boom Chicago a comedy show. It was ok but not great. And what else do you do in Amsterdam...yeah, go to a Live Sex Show. Very strange experience and honestly, a waste of money. We went to Casa Rossa, allegedly the best show...if that's the case, I don't want to see how bad the bad ones are.

Anyhow, that was all in a nutshell. Wasn't that exciting after all but good fun anyway. At least you have read the whole entry after the promising first lines, right...haha.
The next day we had to leave the hostel early and then drive back to Frankfurt. I'll have to go back to Amsterdam again and hopefully minus the puke 😉 A certain someone won't join us that time. You know who you are 😉

That's all for now, the next entry should be MIAMI 😊
