JLECRAGSJuly 1st 2007 "Is there anyone else up there I can talk to?"
"No. Now go away or I may taunt you a second time!"
Yes, we visited Duone Castle, the setting for Monty Python and Holy Grail. It was better than all the other places we've gone, in my opinion, because they let you go and walk around by yourself without a guide or even an audio tape. The castle, before the day of Monty Python, was used as a hunting lodge for kings and queens.
After that we were basically dying of starvation so we searched around Stirling for somewhere to eat. Once we weren't about to faint anymore, we went to Stirling Castle. Since this one was more important, there was an audio tour that took you around. There was a Great Hall, a palace, a church, and some gardens.
Tomorrow we're leaving Edinburgh and going to see more castles, as well as staying in one overnight. I don't know how much I'm really going to have to write tomorrow since we're basically doing the same as today but there will definetly
a tiny doorway
and i'm pretty short, so that should give you an idea of how short that doorway was be pictures.
