Edit Blog Post

If we understand rightly, what happened to us after we were here for two days, the Internet account we can use at the seminary has a limited amount of megabytes you may use and then it runs out like a bank account from which you have drawn all your money. We were using the account usually used by the librarian here and he had obviously used part of it before we arrived and then we uploaded some pix for this blog. OVERLOAD. They graciously allowed us to use a special account that must be saved for people who do things like that, special visitors, etc. Also, we hope we understand correctly that any megabytes not used by the end of the month are then lost. Sort of like having 200 minutes on Verizon wireless phone system and using only 180 and losing 20. So, we leave tomorrow to go to St. Petersburg for a long weekend. We return on July 1st. We are hoping we understood correctly and there will be more time for us beginning on Monday evening when we get back and that if we didn’t do some blogging this evening the space would just be wasted.

So,
Mosiac in Red Square
Bill will try to upload a few pictures so you can see we really ARE in Moscow and not just hiding someplace so no one will bother us.

This is just the ‘teaser’ for the pictures we will put on the blog when we get back home.

We are both glad this visit to St. Petersburg is coming this weekend. We have about exhausted ourselves with 12 hour work days trying to get the books all entered. If there are no more hidden piles, we have done it. We have also labeled and shelved approximately 1,170 books. I think a few of the labels were DUDs since I typed some weird errors. But at least 1,160 books. We feel pretty victorious about that number. We each have cataloged over 500 new books into the collection in two weeks and 2 days. Hurrah!
