Itinerary

From destination to destination I will be sailing, the map doesnt do a great job of portraying that, as it cuts across a lot. Also, i am crossing the pacific ocean to Hawaii from Japan, not crossing the world as the map shows...but it just gives you a general idea of whats going on... :-)

In case you guys are feeling ambitious I am going to post the ports I am going to, the dates I will be there and the addresses of them, in case you want to send me some mail! (Please dont send packages because they are held up in customs and excessive duty is often charged). Dont feel obligated to send mail.

I have also included a route map of where I will be going. I am taking my laptop with me and plan on updating this journal as often as possible, not too often though, Internet access is quite expensive so please be patient if i do not update the site as often as you would like.

It's Time
Nicki, Living your dream with you over these last many months has been very exciting. The aplication process, passport, shots, purchases and preparation have all been necessary steps leading up to your departure. Now seeing your itinerary broken down into specific dates, makes it all that much more real to me. I can't think of anything more exciting, than you being a part of this incredible journey. We'll be with you every step (and mile) of the way, as we lift you, and the rest of those sailing, and crew up in prayer at all times. May your voyage be a safe and healthy one. Treasure these life changing experiences and take lots of pictures and video so we can all relive them with you when you get back. I am very proud of you (and envious) for taking this adventure and love you very much. God's Speed and God Bless, Pops

Blessings to you!
Hello Nicki, I hope your enjoying every moment of your trip. It must be strange hearing of reports of the hurricane disaster in the South. I just answered a call from one of my past students who was attending college in New Orleans. From Monday to Thursday he was trapped in the college dorm with other students. He was taken to a bridge where they stayed over night until he was picked up by bus. The stories are amazing. You will certainly experience and record your own incredible stories. May the Lord watch over you and bless you as you visit the world He created. Love, Aunt Nettie
