Glowing Clouds

In sunset, so purdy.

Yay! I get some kick ass antibiotics and I feel better now! I´m so happy I´ve been feeling like shit for so long I almost forgot how nice it was to feel well.
Well after staying in Huaraz Friday night and being generally antisocial as I still felt bad, we went up for the BBQ on Saturday. In the morning me and Audrey went out and did some shopping. She is a lovely person and we had some great convos. Due to my delapitating illness i couldnt eat any fruit veggies cheese milk or yoghurt as they would make me feel bad. So I had some bacon for brekkie which was great.
Basically every saturday now there is a BBQ at the Lodge and the first one was really fun. We had burgers and chorizo and quiche and sat around in the sun. We also played volley ball. It was a nice day. And a funny evening.
Sunday was a lazy day. Audrey taught us an hour of yoga which was very relaxing. I want to do more yoga when I get back. We sat around in the hammocks all day reading and talking. It was a nice weekend.

Mindy and Babette

Spreading the back half of a lamb. Yes that is right it still has fuzzy ankles and a FUZZY TAIL. Still tasty though.

Monday I went back to workbut was still pretty weak. We collected rocks all day.

ROCKS.
We´ve finished collecting them for now. Man it is so boring. Matt came and joined us and his some rocks with a sledge hammer. Not that that it is very interesting.
On Tuesday i finished my drugs. They tasted gross so it is a good thing.
Now at wrok we are building walls. All by ourselves. It is only half a wall right now (Thomas doesn´t trust us for a full one) but its going good. I´ll get some photos. Its like building a big jigsaw, very fun.
Tristan has adopted me as his new friend. We play connect four and blocks and whenever i walk in the room he shouts HELLO BECKY. He even said to me the other day "you are MY becky" which i found very cute. He is such a sweetheart.
Friday night me and Matt and Jess stayd up super late, like modnight. It was crazy. Unfortch Mindy was being the nazi she usually was and actually SENT US TO BED! She wouldn´t give us the keys to lock up for ourselves. And so we all sat

in a hammock outside she had he nerve to shush us. I thought it was only in the kitchen she was a nazi but I guess I was wrong.
Saturday was Matt and Amandas last night in the Lodge. I am very sad to see them leave. We stayed up late and drank wine. It was nice.
During the day I went for a walk along the ridge to check out the glacier. It was pretty. I fell over onto a rock though and stepped in a marsh and got chased by dogs and a tarantula almost bit me. I put my hand near its hole and it jumped out. I poked it with a stick and it bit that instead. Good times.
I ONLY HAVE 3 WEEKS AND 6 DAYS LEFT IN PERU. Time is going very quickly.

Oh and to explain the title, there was a Norwegian guest here called Andreas and whenever he walked he had such a swagger. It was like he had ´sunshine lollypops and rainbows and everything thats wonderful when were together...´in his head. Very funny.
