Kruger National Park

I have had probably the best 3 days in my life the past week. Kruger was amazing! I have been before with Moholoholo but only for a day this time we got to go for 3 days! We saw A LOT of cool animals.
I have a list of most of the things we saw.Most of them we saw quite a few times too.

So we saw:
Impala,Zebra,Wilderbeast,Ground Hornbill,Yellow billed hornbill,Slender mongoose,Spotted thick-knee,Glossy starling,Red billed hornbill,Lilac breasted roller,Black breasted snake eagle,White creasted helmet shrike,Hippo,African harrier hawk,Southern carmine bee eater,Baboons,Grey heron,Egyption goose,White Rhino,Kudu,Grey Hornbill,Wahlberg Eagle,Crocadile,Spur-winged goose,White faced ducks.Elephants,Waterbuck.Dwarf mongoose,Giraffe,Banded mongoose
Hyenas,Fish eagle,red creasted Korhaan,Swainsons spurfowl,Burchells coucal,Helmeted Guineafowl,European roller,Tawny eagle,White backed vulture,Marabou Stork,Steenbol,Burchells starling,Lappet faced vulture,Long tailed shrike,Brown snake eagle,Buffalo,Vervet monkeys,African Jacana,Baterleur eagle,Monitor lizard,Lions,Cheetah and two cubs,Hooded Vultures,Genet,Servel cat,White tailed mongoose,
Giant kingfisher,Malachite kingfisher,Pied kingfisher,Great spotted cuckoo,Tortoise and Yellow billed kite.

While we watched a herd of elephant that were just a stones throw away a hippo walked out of the bushes in the middle of the day and crossed the road!We saw a lot of Baboons alot of them were in the middle of the road and one tried to jump in our car! We saw at least 200 Buffalo in one sighting which was pretty cool. We went on a night drive and saw a Cheetah and two cubs. Oh and I have to just mention that I spotted them 😉 The two cubs were playing it was soo cute. There are not that many Cheetahs in Kruger so we were very lucky. An Elephant chased after our vehicle which was abit scary! We had Hyena at our camp site both nights we were there. There was one just outside my tent scary or what! They were going through everyones bins so we had to chase them away.

We stayed up on saturday night to watch the Luner eclipse I couldn't think of a nicer place to watch it.

I had such an amazing time that I wish you all could have experienced. I haven't really got time to upload pictures but i'm sure you will all see them at some point!

Lunar Eclipse!
Hey!! Sounds amazing!!!! We saw the lunar eclipse really clearly in barcelona too, as the sky was so clear...was pretty damn cool lol! Keep having loads of fun! Sophie xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
