Nice and bland. Saltines aren't easy to find here. My diet for the rest of the week.
Most of my 20 blog entries have something to do with the fabulous cuisine in India. I simply adore Indian food. What I do not adore is that Indian food in India has finally driven my delicate stomach to the point of subsisting on plain crackers, tea and water.
Bleah.
I know I shouldn't be expect to be any different from the millions of travelers who experience traveler's nausea but knowing it'll happen and actually experiencing it are two different things.
I can't help but think about all the delicious foods and drinks I'm missing while being stuck on my bland diet but if I go anywhere near these delicious foods and see or smell them my stomach threatens me.

Bangalore Bum?
I love Indian food too - and usually get what you're experiencing - but before my last trip to India I made a life-changing discovery, magic pills called Travelan. See my entry about travellers' diarrohea on the TravelBlog forum pages (http://www.travelblog.org/Forum/Threads/591-1.html). Keep taking the tablets - and keep smiling! Mike
