So I made it ok to costa rica, after waiting an hour at the airport for the hostel to pick me up we got to the hostel located right in the city center.
Although he hostel is really cool, I´m starting to hate being in the cities so I´m here only 2 nights and I´m headed off to the pacific to a place called Mal Pais. According to the locals here is a hippie spot and alot of potheads go there. I´m actually going out there to stay with someone for a few days.
The hostel PANGEA is really cool, has a pool, a restaurant and bar, $1 beers after 8pm but most importantly when traveling is the free internet. Oh, and yes a free international call nightly for 10 minutes.
Everyone I´ve met here so far has been the usual australian and americans. The funny part is that most of them are passing by in San Jose and are trying to get out of the city and onto the beach. But whats so cool is the amount of people actually doing a world tour, shit theres so many of them. And everyone is exchanging info about where to go and all that and keeping in touch, and hope to meet up somewhere in argentina and all that. I´ve missed this part of traveling, so far its cool.
I´ll upload some pics on the exit blog of costa rica. I will only be here for a week and I´m not spending it in the city. But when I´m done with the beach in a few days I´ll put some pics up from the hostel. I recommend this place if your coming to San Jose for a stop not to anchor.
After this the roller coaster starts and I´ll be playing catch up in some cities. So bear with me the stories will be shorter if the internet isnt free. I´ll be in panama next just incase you were wondering but only for 2 nights. Till then.................
