2000+ balls and this is all it did We all woke up late, well we didn’t get in until late. I woke up and already had 4500 steps for the day. We tried to be quiet since Dennis and Vinnie got in even later. Their poor cat was outside meowing. This cat was even more shy than Izzy. We opened the door to let the cat in, “you’re not my master”, poof gone. We felt bad. I moved the food and water to the porch as I knew the cat had to be hungry since it just wasn’t coming inside because of all the people. A few minutes later, I saw her coming up and eating. The kitchen counter was covered with pans of food from last night - we will have food today. Dennis and Vinnie wake up around 1 and we talk bunch. We asked them what some of the questions were and laughed as they explained the answers. We understand all the laughter from last night. We also learned that the videos of Dennis were taken a few months back after a concert (they were in the train). Dennis doesn’t remember them taking the videos as he was a bit drunk. It was such fun learning

the area in his house outside the pool and sauna more about Vinnie and Dennis. Vinnie’s twin sister came over for a bit with her boyfriend. They are very nice too.
Dennis then told us about the pool, that his friends tried to fill it last night – with balls. Seems after the ceremony but before the reception, they came over and put 2000+ ball pit balls in the pool along with balloons. They thought it would at least cover the floor. Nope, it covered maybe 1/4rds of it. The boys loved getting in there and playing. Then we got them to collect the balls that they had split and put money in. They boys had a blast.
We ate lunch – leftovers from the reception and then walked to go get ice cream. The ice parlor was a short walk and Susan and I had gone 2 years ago when we were last here. Now they have some wonderful dishes but the most interesting one was spaghetti ice crème. It looks like a plate of spaghetti but it’s ice cream. I ordered a dish I thought was much smaller from the picture; it was not small at all. It was good. While we were there (Carolin –

the sauna learned the spelling pronounced caro lean) and her parents came. The plan was for Alex to go over to their house and play with Carolin for the afternoon while we went to the pub to watch the world cup. Dennis’s dad joined us at the ice crème parlor and then walked with us to the pub. We were all cheering for Croatia but unfortunately, they didn’t win. I drank wine, others drank beer and others water. We ate a variety of food but several of us got the wedding soup and I had 2 cups of it. After the game, we settled the bill. The rest of the gang walked to Carolin’s house, but my knee was not feeling well, so Dennis’s dad drove me back to his house. I worked on the blog. A bit later, they arrived after walking home thru the village. Susan, Dennis, Patrick and I went to the man cave tasted whiskey from Dennis’s whiskey collection with Kim describing the whiskeys qualities. There was one that was really good but we all agreed that it tasted of camp fire and barbeque sauce. It was the best. I’ve never tasted anything smokier. After that we all
