Hi everyone,
Todays blog comes with an x rated warning?.The first photo should only be viewed on an empty stomach under adult supervision ha ha. Let me explain.We woke this morning as the sun began to rise.you all know how much Pat likes to photograph sunsets and sunrises and today was no exception. Problem was he was in the shower when it started to happen faster than expected. It seems that he loves the sunset photo opportunity more than clothes........sorry. Luckily we are not overlooked lol
After I recovered ,we had breakfast and left for our tour at 7 am. Eventually after two coach rides and a boat ride we boarded the boat which would take us into Doubtful Sound. The weather was bracing at times and sometimes a little overcast which was a shame as the sun when it came out improved the views considerably .Luckily we saw a seal colony but didn’t manage to find any penguins or dolphins. However the scenery as usual was great.Maybe 3 hours was a trifle too long especially when added to the rest of the journey. At 8 pm we finally returned to the hotel had a small meal and decided
to chill for a while before going to bed.To be honest it has been a very long but enjoyable day. Tomorrow we will explore the local area by car and pop into Queenstown.
