Questions regarding Eurail reservations.
How important are making reservations on the eurail if I have already purchased a global pass? Moreover, what is the best way to make the reservation? Should I make them before leaving the U.S. or perhaps one day before my train leaves? And how much should I expect to pay? Any advice welcome.
Reply to this Are verry important to make resrevation when are go with trains. But.. Place Reservation are necesary only to Intercity trains, Night trains and also Express trains. No have need reservation to regional trains, but you change manny trains to one destination.
For example, last year on my European travell i make places reservation from Vienna- AUSTRIA to Dusseldorf-GERMANY on the couchete places with Night Train. The cost of place is 16 Euro. From Dusseldorf- Germany to Basel-Switzerland with german ICE on 1'st class cost me 3.50 EURO, place reservation On any train station have possibility to make resrevation in anny direction from any city.
