Hi there, I am planning my european vacation, what would be the most effective way to travel the following 5 cities in 14 days
I will be flying from Toronto, Canada...
Milan -> Venice -> Munich - > Vienna -> Prague (not in particular order and open to suggestions)
I was thinking to do this by train but it's pricy..maybe I should fly locally instead...any suggestion?
Thanks
Reply to this I'm not so sure about the air and what you actually consider pricey, but you might want to look into some of the deals that Trenitalia offers. You can get from Munich, Prague, and Vienna from Venice (and obviously Venice from Milan) for 29-49 euros. Just make sure you read the stipulatiions with the tickets and purchasing. Good luck planning!

Reply to this Go by train its not especially cheap but I think its the cheapest option.
This site... http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en?rt=1& is good for train times all round europe.
I'm going the other way, to Toronto, is there anywhere you recommend me seeing in Toronto before I move on Niagara Falls?
Reply to this Hum...for Toronto, it's not much to see...one day is enough as far as attractions go...I would strongly suggest you to visit Montreal or if you like snow related activities...you should go to Mt Tremblant (www.tremblant.com)...great resort...hope it helps...
