Any recommendation for a 15 days trip in Western Europe? This is my first time to visit Europe, and i'm still finding a partner to go with me, by the way, is it ok for a girl travelling alone in europe? Reply to this

As a "girl" myself, I think that it is perfectly fine for women to travel alone. Just be smart about it. This sounds weird but "know" every city/country that you want to visit. Know where bus and train stations are, airport(s), emergency stations etc. Have fun, your trip sounds like it is going to be a lot of fun! *Serendi* =]

Hello Shiry,

Which countries do U plan to visit ? Northern Europe, such as Norway and Sweden are cool, but very cold to this period ! UK is cool too, but quite expensive. After you have France, the most visited country in the world, there must be a reason for that ( Am french, hehe ). Spain and Italy are great too...Europe is huge, where U wanted to go initially ? Let me know if I can help you...
Yours;

I recently went to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg - I really liked Delft, Antwerpen, Rotterdam and Haarlem. I liked Brussels and Amsterdam but they were particularly touristy. Luxembourg was very restrained and elegant - very clean (took me a day and a half to appreciate this city and then I was bored a bit). I liked Rotterdam a lot - not as pretty as elsewhere but honest and interesting. Enjoyed myself thoroughly - am going to germany and poland possibly the czech republic this year - cant wait. PS I travelled on my own around the BeNeLux countries and I felt fine, no trouble what so ever, just don't do anything you wouldn't do at home eg walk home by yourself in the wee hours etc. Have fun.

Hi there Scarlet dux

Hey, I knew that Czech republic is great. I might go there in my next trip to europe, thought 😊 I hope you'll have a nice enjoyable trip there. Yes, i dont think travelling alone is a problem but will be quite boring. So i'm looking for a partner to go there, but if i cant find any, i probably travel on my own.

So what's your plan in germany, poland and czech republic? when will u go? will you go to Prague too? I love there, especially when it's snowing, it's really beautiful.

Enjoy & have fun! Reply to this

Hey there...
I saw your post and all the places that you were interested in seeing and I wanted to suggest an amazing trip. I recently went on a Contiki Holidays tour this past summer and they took me alll over for a really good deal.. I found this trip that looks absolutely amazing and heard wonderful things about it.. http://contiki.com/tours/126-european-whirl . You get to go with a whole bunch of people around your age and see things from a totally different angle. Let me know if you have anyy questions.. I love to travel.. and I'm sure you are going to have a great time overseas!!

I am from Holland and I would suggest you visit Amsterdam. It is a great city and almost everyone speaks English. If you happen to look for an apartment you can take a look at http://www.holiday-velvet.com/Amsterdam. Reply to this
