Reply to this Three years ago, so what I know is possibly out of date. I didn't find as many ATM's in Switzerland that used the Plus network - it took more detective work to find one. But once you do, no problem getting money - and you'll need it in Switzerland.
Reply to this the most machines are now Plus able, so you should not have any problems.
