Hello all,
In June I will be flying into Luxembourg and flying out of Munich. I want to see Salzburg and Vienna as well, all very close to Munich. This is my tentative plan:
Take ICE rail from Luxembourg to Vienna, train to Salzburg, then train back up to Munich to fly home.
The leg of the trip that is killing me is the Lux to Vienna. Is the ICE the best/fastest way to get across to Austria? At looks like 13 hours with lots of stops. Anybody have a better itinerary?
I heartily appreciate any advice from all the more seasoned of you out there. THANKS
