Travel around Taiwan in May

Hi there,
I'm Taiwanese, now I take working holiday visa and work in Australia
And I want to travel around Taiwan with bike after going back to Taiwan
Looking for someone who wants to travel around Taiwan
Preferred foreigner, I can fluently speak mandarin and Taiwanese
So I think that's not a problem if we got lost haha
and would like to practice oral English
Plan start at Taipei and anticlockwise travelling around Taiwan
But east of Taiwan we will take the train (a little bit dangerous )
Maybe spending 15 days to 20 days
My target is conquering every famous night market in Taiwan
That's the reason why I choose to ride a bike (not getting fat so quick lol)
