Laura has captured a nice looking pilsner. Certainly would like a pint.

Neil with a beer Lao - he even has the t-shirt! Beer Hoi sign in Ho Chi Minh City....and the actual beer!

The other (better!) beer of Cambodia, named after the temples. Angkor. Neil and the local Hue (Vietnam) beer - Huda.

These are all the ones I could find and now I realise it makes Neil look like a bit of an alcoholic!

We just don't think to take pictures of the beer when we are in a place, but funnily enough the price of a beer is one of the criteria we use to judge whether a country is cheap or not. It started when we first left the UK and my Dad would ask the price of a beer in every new country and we realised it was quite a good indicator of cost of living!

New Zealand beer, some of the best tasting in the world! (I think)

China's Tsingtao Stout is also pretty good.

I have a scrapbook of beer labels that I removed from bottles during my trip to South America. I'll take pictures when I have some spare time. Reply to this
