Today is a moderate chocolate day (a usual Sunday) as I need to save my chocolate appetite for tomorrow when I'm cooking chocolate fudge - it will have two layers - milk and white chocolate - and I might just make a special Travelblog piece.

My fudge making needs more practice. So far, it has had too much sugar in it, or has been heated on too high a temperature, or been heated for too long. I think, next time it should turn out right.
