Does this include the days I fly and out?
Say I get on a plane on May 5 but don't land til May 6, guessing my 90 days start on May 6. Okay but when I fly out on Augest 4th, does it matter what time my flight is to count as a day? Or would my 90 days be from May 6- Augest 3 and flying out day does not count.
Hope someone can help me. Reply to this

I guess you are asking because you have a 90 day visa. In that case it is 90 days from entering Europe (the day you land) to when you leave (when your plane takes off), you have to leave within 90 days in other words whatever that comes out to. Reply to this

You don't need a visa if you are only there for 90 days.

Your 90 days are from the day you enter Europe to the day you leave Europe. Before you cross passport control at your destination, you're still on the territory of the country you departed from. So starting on May 6th, yes.

It really doesnt matter too much though, i'm pretty sure the only thing they can do if they see youve overstayed your 90 days is send you home. And if you overstay by just a day or something, they'll only find out when you're on your way home at the airport, so no big deal.

If you overstayed 90 days by weeks to months and were working for someone or renting a flat or something, THEN you'd be in trouble. Reply to this
