I am going to be in Russia for a couple months this summer. After my Russian experience, I am looking to head over to Germany as well. However, I am not sure how I should go from point A to point B. I will be leaving from Moscow and I am wondering how best to reach Berlin or possibly Munich. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Reply to this If you have time, take the train...you could also fly, will be more expensive.
Reply to this Brian,
There is bound to be a direct Moscow - Berlin train, which will take a couple of days but will be comfortable. Failing that, you could take the train via Minsk, Kyiv or Warsaw.

Last time I checked, the flights between Munich and Moscow were reasonably priced. I live in Munich, and hope to visit Moscow some time.

Reply to this Mel, I'm sured you checked a return. If you want a one way, it will be easily double the price than a return. Sadly, there are not that many lowcost that I'm aware on these lines.
Airlines in Asia, US and many places in the world have start to price one ways...in Europe, it's still not great, except maybe BA which has greatly improve on that single point.
Reply to this EdVallance told me the price. But, yeah I didnt do a heap of research about the available return tickets. 😊
