Winter Clothing

Help required in clothing choice.

Hi, I'm travelling from Perth (native) to central Europe in Jan. 2010.

I have a rough idea of what clothes I need to take, and due to my idea of being mobile, I want to take a pack over a suitcase.

What type of boots do you need to walk the streets of Europe in Winter? I have Doc martins, but I have doubts about their durability!

All in all, I am asking what people wear in Vienna, Berlin and Prague during winter. This is applicable to general strolling during the day and when I want to go clubbing at night.

Well, I hope I am not too late, but you need very warm clothes! For clubbing at night however, you will need somthing smart.

If you come to Vienna, and decide to visit the opera or a classical concert, you need conservative clothes. For more tips:
