I am in messy situation. If I can get little information from you it will be great.

I went to Belgium last August and I had 1 month business visa but due to sickness I had to stay back for 60 extra days. I was allowed to go back to my country and they noted something in their computer system in the airport when I left.

I need to go to Belgium again. Will they provide me another Schengen Visa just like that? If not so is there any other legal way?
