Bus system of Spain

Is there a national bus company in Spain , like RENFE as the national railway operator of Spain ? I am looking for information about bus system in Spain but I couldn't find any information . Can anyone suggest some websites of major bus companies in Spain ? Reply to this

There is no such public company as Renfe but a dozen private companies. These are the main 6 (in order), and I think they cover most of the Country:

For long distance trips like Barcelona-Madrid or Barcelona-Seville consider also flying (check out the sites of Vueling, Air Europa, Spanair or Iberia), some routes can be cheaper than bus.

May is a really good time to travel around Spain. On May the 3th we celebrate in Granada the 'Dia de la Cruz' ('Day of the Holy Cross'): Its a one day big street fiesta with music, sevillanas dancing, lots of drinking, and lots of fun...if the weather doesn't spoil it.
