solo female on first adventure alone to Nepal and India

I'm a 25 year old female from midwest USA who has the itch to travel. I have plenty of various travel experience, however this will be my first time doing it alone and going to a place so different from my own culture (but that's the point!). I will be leaving for Kathmandu Nepal on Sept 22 and don't have an itinerary other than perhaps doing a trek, volunteering, and making my way to southern India for a wedding in December. Just wondering if anyone has similar plans or is looking to meet up with someone to share adventure with. It'd be nice to touch base...happy travels.

I'll go to dehli and would love to travel with friends. I was planning to get to delhi 1st then go to rajasthan and go north maybe. but I m pretty flexible and guess we could meet somewhere

if you want to travel together it could be great to arrange something

I will be in Delhi October 10 and then Nepal from Oct 11 to 25. Mostly around Kathmandu with perhaps some time to go to Tibet. I would be interested in sharing travel tales, tips, etc.

Hello Gill

I am already on my way to South India. Right now in Udaipur. Drove stright from Delhi. Took a room and having a beer, dinner, watching news in TV and going to slep soon. Will start driving again at 5am tommorrow morning.

I will be coming back to delhi after 9 Jan....And I would be starting from Madras.....whats your plans?
